Property Description

Description of the property’s current condition and current use(s):

I bought this property recently with the intention of creating a new cooperative farm involving new methods and ideas and any reasonable crops
The property is either wooded, which would mean beginning by selectively harvesting the current crop, and the property also incorporates a swamp/pond area that I wish to explore for possible fish farming projects.
An important goal of the farm is to improve the quality of the land, and incorporate the farm  through esethic cultivation and planning with regard to enhancement of the current beauty of its natural state. Ideally, the new farm would be as a beautiful garden woven within a natural landscape that could be enjoyed both by the working farmers, and the public who might visit the farm as they would a park.
