Property Description

Description of the property’s current condition and current use(s):

I was running a small rotational grazing dairy heard.  31 stall barn set up with a pipeline and a covered barnyard that was built 5 years ago with feed access area.  The farm is set up with high tensil fence with 4 water stations.  We are spring fed.  Large machine polebarn that I used for dry round bale storage and additional farm building with 2 large horse box stalls.  The barn side of the road has 85 acres and the house side has a really nice 40 acre meadow.

The home is a renovated 5 bedroom house, 2 years ago we added a inground swimming pool.  The property has beautiful views.  The outbuildings and property are very nice.
