About 30 acres of this property is currently being used for farming apples, pears, and nectarines. It has been managed by an orchardist, but they are looking to transition off the land. There are some apple trees that have reached the end of their productivity and need to be replaced soon. Very open to seeing more trees be added to the orchard.

I am open to pretty much all potential arrangements. Our current arrangement is management of the orchard in exchange for the harvest. Really just looking to connect with someone to manage the orchard and potentially revitalize and use the additional acreage. Keeping the land and orchard productive is important to me. Prefer connecting with someone who is experienced in orchard production.

No livestock. Preference for orchard fruits - very open to more variety of fruits being added or used to replace some of the existing older trees. Other fruits, flowers, and vegetables could be considered. We would have to have a discussion about what the farmers needs are for other types of production to see if that would fit on the property.
