Farm house and apartment are currently occupied or being used as AirBnB. Looking for a lessee. Garage apartment rented separately. Owner's family live adjacent to farm and would continue small time harvesting of maple sap, access to pool, and use of pond and trails.

June farm, A a successful tourist farm/bar/pizza restaurant/ event venue neighbors the the farm. Anything complementary is welcome, although township approval is required.
