Seeking a farmer to utilize the land and have a productive operation. Can discuss having a CSA or agritourism venture. Plenty of wooded area for mushrooms or other silviculture opportunities. Farm house and apartment are currently occupied or being used as AirBnB.  Therefore there is no housing available on the farm. Owner's family live adjacent to farm and would continue small time harvesting of maple sap, access to pool, and use of pond and trails.

Do you require a farmer who qualifies for agricultural assessment?
