Condition & Current Use

The house is in excellent condition as well as the run in shed, garage, large dairy barn and small animal barn. One barn needs to be repair before allowing animals to be housed. We used this barn as a feed room only. All pastures are free of pesticides. They have been rested in 2022, no grazing, just mowed one time. Hay fields usually give us two good cuts of hay per year.

Soil Types

Farm History & Past Use

The barn is dated back to the early 1800s.  The home is from the late 1800s.  We have owned the property for 21 years and have used it mostly to rescue horses.  We used the fields for horse grazing and cut hay
