Condition & Current Use

Looking for a seasoned farmer to farm my land for FREE! Landowner seeking farmer to plant and maintain fields. You keep your crops! These fields have been previously farmed and are rock free and limed. Overgrowth needs to be removed. Property was originally a working farm. In the future I hope to have the property qualify for an agricutlural assesment. I would prefer to connect with a farmer who is familiar with how to qualify.

Farm History & Past Use

This was a working farm and apple orchard. It was previously called the Spinelli Farm. Would like to have the leasee prune or maintain the apple orchard, but this is negotiable.
