Condition & Current Use

The property is being used for mushroom growing. Most of the operation of concern is an indoor mushroom growing operation producing about 750 lbs of mushrooms per week (Shiitake, Blue Oyster Mushrooms, Chestnut Mushrooms, Lions mane). This is done in shipping containers on the property. There is also about an acre being used for Log-Grown Mushrooms. We sell to various grocery outlets, farmers markets, and restaurants in the area.

We have built out a significant mushroom farm with a strong customer base and are looking for an operator to run mushroom production operations.
