Property currently contains 2 single family dwellings, one large two stall garage, approximately 25 acres of open land maintained by brush hogging and the rest successional coniferous forests and wetland. One residence is the owners principal residence with intentions for life use along with use of woodlands for recreation. The second residence is a recently renovated original farmhouse, for which we are seeking a long term tenant. The overall property was developed as a subsistence farm during the 1850's for three generations, and sometime in the 1940's developed as a seed potato farm and short duration small dairy, but poor records on farming history.
