Condition & Current Use

Small farm started 10 years ago in Chili. Farm was a mix of vegetables and pastured poultry. Farm connected with Small World Foods where responsibility increased with Small World Foods and less time availble to farm property. Small World Foods currently has a booth at the Rochester Public Market (sells produce, mushrooms, and sauerkraut and kimchi). Working with mushroom farm in Chili- receiving spent mushroom blocks. 40 yards of mushroom compost on site and also have wood chips and logs both being produced on site. Soils- have been maintained and built up. Some clay but have grown on raised beds.
