Farm connected with Small World Foods where responsibility increased with Small World Foods and less time availble to farm property. Small World Foods currently has a booth at the Rochester Public Market (sells produce, mushrooms, and sauerkraut and kimchi). Working with mushroom farm in Chili- receiving spent mushroom blocks. 40 yards of mushroom compost on site and also have wood chips and logs both being produced on site.
