Lease - 30 acres of open ag land that could be cultivated. Well suited for crops (vegetables, herbs, flowers, hemp, etc.) could have small livestock. Also lots of additional wooded property that could be included. 

Farm Management or Partnership- the landowner has established a farm cidery on the property, but has not had the ability to market and sell the cider. There is an opportunity for a farmer to come in and take over management of the cidery.
