For Lease Business Partnership Farm Management Cooperative Model

I am open to an arrangement that allows for a crop share or crop purchase rather than a monetary arrangement. Term can be anywhere from 1-10 years. Please reach out to discuss specifics.

My ideal arrangement would be for a capable farmer with similar views to mine (focused on organic, non-GMO, soil improvement, enhancing biodiversity with cross pollinators) to farm the land. If I could find this farmer I would not ask for monetary compensation. Ideally excess produce would be donated locally.

Do you require a farmer who qualifies for agricultural assessment?
