Currently, this property is used for haying. Owner has been in touch with the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ulster County. They have looked at the property and determined that it would be an ideal location for someone interested in growing industrial hemp. Owner does have equipment (tractor and accessories) that he is willing to make available to a farmer. Open to working out any arrangement.
