Condition & Current Use

The is a historically residential property, but I would like to see if become a more productive landscape versus just a yard space. The front half of the property is open and the back half is wooded with some rock outcrops. I have taken down many trees to open the space up more and more could potentially be removed if needed. Interested in edible landscape, gardens, pollinator habitat, or other use that benefits the ecosystem or the community. Flowers (wild or ornamental), fruit, veg, herbs, and bees are all possibilities.

Soil Types

AcB—Arnot channery silt loam and ARF—Arnot-Oquaga-Rock outcrop complex. See attached soils information from Web Soil Survey. Note property boundary is not exact.
