Condition & Current Use

Total property is 30 acres split into three parcels. Roughly 13 acres of land designated agricultural was allowed to go fallow now looking for a new lease on life. We're open to a number of different uses for the land, but I’m very interested in no-till, permaculture, and agroforestry methods and would be happy to work with someone who is experimenting with those. We're open to all crops besides marijuana. No livestock animals, unless they are rescue animals not used in production (we're vegan). I’d also be open to an educational or therapeutic venture. Current infrastructure is basic but we are able to invest in needed build out.

Soil Types

All soils are classified as prime farmland, see attached soil report for more information. Soils types include Raynham Silt Loam (Ra), Dutchess Cardigan Complex (DwB), Massena Silt Loam (MnA), and Scio Silt Loam (Sc).
