Farm has been owned by the same family since the 1940s. Over the course of time is has been used for hay primarily, but has has sheep and horses in the past. Fields have not been hayed in quite a few years, but with some work could easily be mowed again. Landowners are open to working out an arrangement with a farmer who would like to use the land for vegetables or other produce. Land needs some work to get up to par, but the soils and location are good. Willing to work out a long term arrangement with flexible terms.

Not interested in selling the property. It has been in the family for over 80 years. Looking to lease the land to by farmed. Interested in a long term lease, but open to negotiation. Property needs some work so we can be flexible for the first year.
