Condition & Current Use

10 open acres with 7 in pasture. Pasture is fenced with 3-4 strands of barb wire. Corn and hay currently. Pasture was used until 2021. Conventional dairy leased the land up until this last year. 

Dairy barn holds about 50 head. Does have the head stalls in them. Had a patz barn cleaner. 600 gallon bulk tank. Pipeline intact. 

Trailers on the property that are rented to other families. Live on site, not part of the farm currently.
