Renters will share use of the windmill, and have the right to camp or stay on property during growing season. There is also a small basic cabin on top of hill at edge of property line, which could possibly be shared on a set schedule. Cabin is 12'x24', and without electricity or plumbing. Small basic attached sawdust outhouse, with compost pile outside of cabin. Property was originally part of dairy farm. Base of property has road access and the remaining foundations of removed horizontal silo and other out-building. Whey barn with two old whey tanks, tall sliding doors, and room for two vehicles, just off of road. One old structure that housed cows remains at base of property. This structure has a roof, supports, and a back wall, but fencing would need to be added if animals needed to be contained. Top of hill was originally used for night grazing.
