Condition & Current Use

Historic property that has a rich agricultural history. Originally used as dairy farm, but in more recent time it has been used for hay by a local farmer. There are 35 acres cleared and used for hay. Additional acreage is wooded or in early successional meadows that would need to be brush hogged. Property is divided by a 1/2 acre pond. Look forward to seeing the land be used for food crops that could support the community and provide access to fresh food.
