Single large field ideal for hay production. The property is unfenced with paved, all season roads along both sides. There is a gentle slope (2%-6%) from west to east across the property and it drains well. The roads connect to NY State Route 28. Measured by driving distance the location is 2.6 miles north of Schuyler Lake and 3.6 miles south of Richfield Springs. The property is 12 miles from Cooperstown.
