The property has not been farmed in many many years and is overgrown and in some areas wooded.
Farm history / past uses of the property:
Land has not been farmed in many years. I am hoping to return it to agricultural use and have it included in agricultural district.

Water access description:
There is a well. It may be necessary to drill a secondary well which is something I am willing to consider.
There is one barn that has been converted into a garage that has a lot of room for equipment and/or a wash-pack station. There is an apartment above. There is an other barn in poor condition. There are two abandoned dog kennels on the property that might be converted to other use.
Farmer housing description:
Our family lives in the main house. There is extra living space above the garage/barn that includes two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen/living space.

There is no fencing so large livestock may be an issue but with electronetting, it seems possible to do goats/sheep and or poulty.
Description of tenure options:
I am open to different arrangments including possibly leasing land for free or at a low price that would just cover additional insurance burdens.
Preferences and restrictions on agricultural activities:
Organic/biodynamic only. No pesticides/chemical fertilizers please.
