Farming Status and Plans

Description of farming status, plans, and practices:

Hello, I have been farming for about 4 years now in various capacities and scales of operation. Diversified vegetable and flower farming at medium to large scale is the most appealing to me, however I am open to other ideas as well. I would like to either start a farm from scratch or can farm with a partner if it is the right fit. I strictly farm organically and try to limit the amount of plowing to the soil to once per year. Please let me know if you have any questions about me, thanks!

Description of marketing method:

I would like to have a CSA as well as some wholesale accounts.

Experience description:

I completed the center for Agroecology and Sustainable Food Systems (CASFS) apprenticeship in 2017. I have worked as a farm hands on 2 farms, one in California and one in Vermont. I am currently working as an apprentice for Quail Hill Farm in Amagansett, NY. I have experience working on small family run farms that sell through farm stands and farmers markets, as well as a high production farm that trucks produce throughout the state. I think the culmination of my work experiences provides me with a realistic understanding for crop planning and distribution methods.
