Own & operate a small grass-based dairy & livestock farm & artisan cheese enterprise in the Finger Lakes, with family ag roots in the Hudson Valley. We have limited land at our current location, so exploring other opportunities. Our intention is to operate a farmstead creamery with on-farm direct sales & regional wholesale & retail.
Description of marketing method:
We currently retail at farmers' markets, have a small CSA, online sales, wholesale, and supply 3 distributors. We are looking to add on-farm retail sales/agri-tourism component.

BS in Dairy Science & MS in Ag Business from Cornell University. Dairy business entrepreneur and 15 years of operation. 5 years of forage management & harvest experience. 5 years of artisan cheesemaking & marketing experience. My husband is also a welder & fabricator by trade.
