I have been farming and cooking for almost 15 years. Ive had every job in food and have spent many summers toiling in veggie fields. My model is built for labor not investment. meaning I'm looking to create sustainable jobs with a totally vertical operation. After many years in production (growing) and service (products/dining) I cannot fathom farming without doing both. The margins are too great on the last 10% of the chain to not build the model ground up to get it all.
