Description of farming status, plans, and practices:

In the summer, I keep a vegetable garden in Roxbury, NY.

I participate in the creation of the Greeley Garden in a NYC public School

I conducted gardening programs for children, teens and adults in Yonkers for the Yonkers Public Library.

I collaborated as an intern for the New York Botanical Garden in the digitalization of the herbarium and the mapping of palm species at risk of extinsion.

I'd like to create or maintain fruit orchards.

Description of livestock/crops:

I will prefer to dedicate most of my efforts to grow vegetables and create and/or maintain heirloom fruit trees. 

I would like to rescue (cure, prune and revive) old fruit trees in the area. Also graft heirloom varieties to preserve our species diversity.
