Looking to lease approximately 5 acres for diversified Asian vegetable operation. Not seeking to be organic currently, but will use organic practices.   Currently farming on black dirt and would like to continue doing so.

Water and irrigation  Storage for tools-smal shed would be great. Ability to set up greenhouse.

Will keep a small flock of chickens for personal use only.

Long term lease or a lease to own arrangment.  I have an investor who is also interested in purchasing land together for me to farm, if we can find the right fit.  For a land purchase, we would not require it to have all the farm buildings/infrastructure.
