Description of infrastructure:

I'd like an empty lot to buy or lease with water access. Electrical access also good, but not necessary.

Crops and Livestock

Primary crops:

Description of livestock/crops:

I am farming cut flowers and other ornamentals. I'd like to expand into potted plant production in a greenhouse, and compost production.

Farmland Tenure

Tenure options desired:

Farm Management, For Lease, For Sale, Other Tenure Agreement

Description of tenure options desired:

I would love to take over a city lot that's derelict in some way. I'm happy to buy the lot, lease (if terms make sense), or have an arrangement where I'd improve the land and perform security and garbage control while the land is being sold. Would need at least one full year to make the above worth it.
