Farming Status and Plans
Years actively farming:2-5
Description of farming status, plans, and practices:
Looking at the feasibility of building something aimed at higher margins... organic, biodiverse, local-slow food type Market gardening operation that could scale (by regional cooperation) for a direct to consumer (or Ghost kitchen), subscription based business. Something that won't require 500+ acres and 59 ton of fertilizer to break even. Maybe it's an orchard about to be sold to make room for NASCAR or LEGOland, and maybe it means a farm distillery. Maybe it's award winning pigs.
I'm asking questions; I'm not Eddie Arnold.
