Farming Status and Plans

Years actively farming:

Less than 2

Description of farming status, plans, and practices:

I am looking for land preferably 5-10 acres with some wooded and some field. I plan to have a small 1 acre garden with a few chickens starting out. My other side business would be a camping area and 2 tiny house rentals. I will steward the land, as well as give recreational services, nature, gardening and composting education. My hope is that this land will be 1 or 1.5 hour away from NYC.

Description of marketing method:

Talking to local neighbors, posting on social media, and NYC ad space, and crowd sourcing.
