Description of farming status, plans, and practices:
My name is Andrew Johnson. My passion is creating community around local, organic, regenerative food systems. I currently serve as the vegetable farm manager at Calf & Clover Creamery in Cornwall-Bridge, CT. This is my third season growing vegetables using no-till, organic practices (not certified) and my first year in a farm management role. I have lots of experience with CSA's and establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships. In addition to vegetable production, I have experience raising pigs on pasture/woodland.
I have bachelor degrees in both physics and systems engineering and worked as a quality assurance engineer for NASA prior to getting into farming full-time. In addition to my farming, I have leadership expereince, facilitating community as part of a non-profit I founded that seeks to create safe spiritual community for college students.
I am seeking land wherein I can grow vegetables using regenerative no/minimal tillage practices. Additionally, I would love space to raise heritage pork in a woodland setting. In addition to producing great food, it really is my desire to create/foster community committed to stewarding the land and caring for each other.

Seeking a farm with cool storage and tunnels for greens and tomato production. However, I am able to construct these facilities if needed.

Access to a tractor. Preferably something on the smaller end. Even a walk-behind would be great!
Description of water access required:
Nothing crazy. Enough for a few acres of vegetables and approx. 10 pigs. As well as good pressure for the wash/pack area.
