Farming status, plans, and practices

We own and operate a small farm producing pasture-raised meat and eggs.  Our current offerings include chicken, eggs, pork, turkey, and lamb.  All pasture-raised and organically fed.  We sell direct to consumer mainly with retail cuts at the farmers market but also some bulk pork sales.  We would like to join another farmers market or two as well as explore some wholesale accounts.  We are selling everything we produce now and in order to increase production we will need more land.  Managing more land will also allow us to have more of an impact building soil with rotational grazing.
