Chef William Pfeiffer LLC

My name is William Pfeiffer. I am a Full-time beekeeper and Executive Chef in Armonk. As you are aware, honeybees play a crucial role in our ecosystem, agriculture, and overall biodiversity. Their pollination services are indispensable for the reproduction of countless plant species, including many of the crops that sustain human life.

Apiculture, or beekeeping, is a vital practice that not only helps sustain honeybee populations but also provides numerous benefits to our community. Beekeeping not only produces honey and beeswax but also contributes to pollination services, strengthens local agriculture, and promotes environmental conservation.

I am reaching out to inquire if there are any private farms or land that would partner or collaborate in support apiculture farming. By providing suitable locations for beekeepers to establish hives, we can create safe havens for honeybees to thrive, promote the expansion of local beekeeping operations, and enhance the pollination services available to our agricultural producers.

We are outgrowing our current Apiary and are looking to expand and collaborate with local farms in the county or surrounding counties.
