My wife and I are looking for a farm we can start working on in NY State, I have been farming in FL and VT since 2014. I am a certified permaculture designer and use sustainable ag methods, my wife is an ag-science communicator for extension and MG.

Currently I am working on a certified organic farm in central florida. I owned 2 farms preciously, both on leased land that fell apart when my lease expired. I worked on 3 farms in VT and have been farming since 2014. I am trying to find land access with the possibility of purchase or lease-to- own. I want to begin by farming vegitables and poultry, adding orchards and more livestock along the way along with an agroforestry element.

Some farm equipment access would be ideal, as well as a barn/covered area for produce prep/storage. electric for coolers and irrigation would be great as well. We do need some on site housing, weather that be a house or apartment. Housing would be for me and my wife
