Farmland Needs
Infrastructure required
Seeking 0.5 to 2 acres of open arable land, a small hoop-house, or greenhouse access. Requires access to a reliable water source for irrigation, standard electrical hookup, and secure dry storage space for seeds and supplies. Crucially, the property must be within a 10–15 minute drive or rideshare from a Metro-North station (Harlem or Hudson line) for NYC transit commuting.
Desired Tenure
Seeking a standard agricultural land or greenhouse lease. The lease agreement must include a standard licensing contingency clause stating that full lease execution is contingent upon NYSAGM Industrial Hemp Grower & Nursery License approval. The landlord must also provide written authorization permitting state-licensed hemp cultivation on the specified parcel/tax ID.
