Farm on my girlfriends family farm in Brookfield ny. We milk about 30 guernseys and have a 100 head cow/calf beef herd of south Devon's. I am in the NY state police and my girlfriend is an dental hygienist. We are looking to see what's out there for going off on our own. Would prefer to lease to own or rent in the start with plans of taking over after a certain period or when we are ready. We have some equipment (tractors, skid loader, tillage) and are extremely motivated. We both are young hard working people with common sense which I believe is hard to find in this world.
