I do not currently farm but I do have a lot of plants including herbs in my house. I want to lease land to practice and set up a permaculture/agroforestry type of life style that is subsidized by my woodworking when needed.

I aim to have chickens and rabbits. I highly doubt I can butcher what I raise so it'll mostly be for their by products (fertilizer, eggs), when I can goats would be great to implement as they do the mowing. I believe cross species pastures are healthier (chickens keep fly populations low). Bees pollinate all crops, produce honey and wax. Both of which I use, but I also know they will help biodiversity.
Marketing Method
I will restart my social media once the project is rolling. After that I will hopefully be able to host events based on the farm. IE flower gardens, a small coffee/farm goods operation. Then there will be my woodwork which will be its own venue to offset slow seasons.

I require a place to live with my dog. It would be nice to be able to host my friends for the holidays or volunteers for farm labor. A barn or garage to serve for workshop use is necessary. I can run solar, I just need the infrastructure.
Desired Tenure
Ideally, I set my roots and don't need to worry about it being taken away. Rent to own or owner finance would be great.
