Farmland Needs
The land I am looking for doesn't really need to have much infrastructure at all. But anything like fencing, a barn or housing sure is a plus.
Desired Tenure
Looking for a short term lease (year to year) beginning in 2024 in hopes of extended to longer term lease if all works well for both the landowner and myself. I will be practicing holistic/intensive management grazing to provide the highest quality forage for the sheep and improving the soil and pasture(s). Moving sheep every day or two to keep them moving, fertilizing and grazing. For the pigs there is a possibility I already have a place to run them but if not would be looking to have them in the woods mainly.
