Currently farming on a very small basis, mostly for teaching myself. No till, regenerative methods. I've also enjoyed growing hydroponically. The focus is on salad greens and toppings, microgreens, herbs and flowers. My intent is to eventually start a CSA and/or farm stand. If possible on the property or on our future property, we would love to add a commercial kitchen where we can offer value-added products from the land, as well as on-farm dinners/events. We have cooking, managing, financial, and flower arrangement experience that would all tie into the vision.

See crop description above. We have our personal livestock (chickens, goats and a rescue pig) that are just for fun. We enjoy the fresh eggs from the chickens. We're mostly pescitarian, so we don't raise livestock for food.

Housing for two and house animals would be needed, as well as a small barn for three goats and a pig. We also have around 20 chickens we would need space for - a barn we could temporarily convert or the ability to put something temporarily or permanent on the property to house them.
