As mentioned previously, to combat food insecurity.  I would love to help not only my family, but other families who do not have access to organic produce. I often hear people who are less fortunate mention how expensive eating organic is. I have seen first hand how their health has suffered as a result. I want to be of purpose in this lifetime and this is my calling and passion.
