Looking for a parcel of land to lease to get started in farming for personal use. I have experience in landscaping and operate my own business. Both of these skills should easily translate into farming and producing for food. Although this would be a hobby to start, I would like to learn how to turn it into business for profit. Likely would start with crops, but eventually would like to have the ability to have some animals on the land if permitted. Ideally I am seeking land within a 2 hour radius of NYC. If there was a home or place to stay on the property that would be ideal.
