Truly seeking more permanent land to fully grow as a farmer - my focus is seed saving, producing heirloom crops and ecosystem restoration. I had a grant last season where I laid down the foundation of my plans - with a DBA, a nursery growers license and a certificate in organic seed saving practices. I have the base materials to continue on with my project, and access to solid funding resources.

I grew up gardening with multi-generational family members, where I truly learned to love caring for plants from seed to harvest. I have worked on various organic and sustainable farms, and I also completed Peace Corps in the environmental field. I have taught gardening and value added product development. I have knowledge of native plants, foraging ethically and herbalism. Nature has always been a part of my life.

Heirloom vegetables and grains, annual and perennial pollinator plants, ornamental flowers, culinary herbs and spices, some medicinal, cultural and aromatic plants.
Social media, hosting of small community education events (if okay with land owner), print materials in spaces that attract supporters of sustainable agriculture.
Farm business plan or farm resume
Ideally, electrical and water access needed. I can work around a lack of fencing and build up protective barriers through live fencing and hedge rows. I would like housing - ideally more than one room, to accommodate the seed saving work and occasionally a family member / farm helper.
I would like to negotiate a mutually beneficial and fair agreement to use a portion of the land. Monetary payment for a set time frame, that could be evaluated each season. Also open to a combination of work exchange / management and a payment plan.
