I am looking for a farm that is currently active in livestock farming or that already has equipment for livestock in place: specially for cattle, goat and Sheep. I am looking for land that is within 1.5 hours from NYC, no farther north than Dutchess. Housing is not required.
Desired Tenure
I prefer to lease, long term or with an option to purchase. Eventually I would like to purchase my own land. I would also consider a Business partner/profit share or any kind of cooperative partnership.
