Farming status, plans, and practices
I am currently in the process of establishing a farm business and am seeking land to support a diversified agricultural operation. My plan is to actively farm the property with a focus on productive land stewardship, long-term sustainability, and responsible soil and crop management. I intend to begin with row crop production and supplement the operation with poultry and other farm activities as appropriate to the land and infrastructure available.

At this stage, I am looking for property with the basic infrastructure needed to support active agricultural use. Ideally, this would include access, water, utility service, and space for equipment, storage, and farm operations. A modest dwelling would be sufficient, and family housing. I am open to properties infrastructure as long as the land supports practical agricultural development.
Desired Tenure
I am seeking a secure tenure arrangement that supports both immediate agricultural use and a path toward long-term ownership. Ideally, I would like an arrangement that allows for agricultural possession through a lease, stewardship agreement, or similar structure while purchase terms are finalized. I am open to creative tenure options, including lease-to-purchase or other nontraditional arrangements, so long as they provide stability, clear rights and responsibilities, and support long-term farm viability.
