Tayyib-Tech LLC

An actively serving Army National Guard soldier and experienced grower, I offer landowners the rarest combination in agriculture: military-grade accountability, proven commercial scale, and deep respect for the soil. Having managed operations on my family’s 420-acre Florida farm supplying demanding New York City markets, I know how to maintain properties to the highest standard while running a profitable, immaculate enterprise.
I am establishing an independent, veteran-owned operation specializing in premium organic vegetables, pasture-raised poultry, and therapeutic-grade dairy formulated for individuals with specialized care and sensitive dietary needs. Because my target market demands absolute purity, my production methods improve soil biology, protect water tables, and enhance overall land value year after year rather than depleting it.
I am actively seeking 15 to 40 acres of arable ground with reliable water access for a direct, fully capitalized long-term lease or lease-to-own arrangement. For a property owner, choosing me means zero guesswork: guaranteed reliable lease payments, meticulous fence-to-fence property maintenance, and the peace of mind that comes with leasing to a disciplined service member who treats your land as an investment in community health. Let us discuss how your acreage can host a thriving, purpose-driven legacy.

Just as I swore an oath to protect our nation in uniform, I choose farming to protect our people's health from the ground up by regenerating the soil and delivering pure, healing food to those who need it most.

Farming status, plans, and practices

Active-duty Army National Guard soldier and experienced commercial grower. I currently co-run field and shipping operations on a 420-acre Florida family farm, moving high-volume wholesale produce directly into New York City markets.

Production Plans

Launching a standalone, veteran-owned enterprise on 15 to 30 acres:

Vegetables: 3–5 acres of high-rotation organic greens, roots, and culinary staples using raised beds and drip irrigation.

Poultry: 500–1,000 pasture-raised broilers and layers moved daily in mobile field shelters.

Specialty Dairy: Small, closed herd of 4–8 dairy cows (A2/A2 genetics) focused on raw, low-allergen, nutrient-dense milk tailored for customers with medical and dietary sensitivities.

Sales: Pre-sold CSA shares, regional farm-to-clinic wellness delivery, and direct delivery routes back into established NYC wholesale channels.

Daily Practices & Property Upkeep

Soil & Water: Zero synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Fertility is built through compost, multi-species cover crops, and rotational livestock grazing.

Land Maintenance: Fences, roads, and staging areas are kept mowed, organized, and structurally maintained to military accountability standards.

Water Conservation: Timed, low-volume drip lines to eliminate waste and prevent runoff.

Land & Lease Requirements

 Acreage: 15–30 cleared, well-drained tillable/pasture acres.

Utilities: Minimum 15–20 GPM working well and standard 200-amp electrical service.

Terms: Direct 5- to 10-year cash lease or lease-to-own with guaranteed on-time payments. No partnerships.

Fully Compliant & Permitted: All on-farm slaughter (poultry and livestock) is conducted strictly under state agricultural exemptions and custom-exempt rules. Operations follow rigorous health, sanitation, and safety standards, ensuring zero liability for the landowner.

Low-Impact & Out of Sight: Harvesting is scheduled, infrequent, and done humanely inside a screened, covered wash pad or designated outbuilding—never out in open fields or visible from the road or main house.

Sanitary Waste Management: Offal and organic byproducts are managed immediately via professional, high-heat mortality composting (deep carbon/wood-chip pack) or prompt off-site removal. This completely eliminates odors, flies, and predators.

Property Protection: All processing surfaces are concrete, wash-down ready, and tied into approved agricultural drainage to ensure pristine soil and groundwater protection.
