Currently operating an organic farm and market in Westchester County. Our CSA includes over 400 members and our main crops and produce include free-range eggs, leafy greens, and tomatoes. Our lease ends in 2021 and we are looking for a new location. We also host annual Farm Fests, farm-to-table dinners, and produce crops year-round in a heated greenhouse to provide enough income to operate year-round. We have two additional greenhouses that are not heated.

Have owned/operated Fable: From Farm to Table since 2015. Created the farm and market to host over 400 CSA Members, annual Farm Fests with over 1,000 people in attendance, raised hundreds of chickens for eggs, and constructed three 3,000sf greenhouses for leafy green and tomato production.
