Access to water and electric is required. Ideal to have greenhouses inside. Basic housing is preferred but not essential. It would be great to have a seasonal place to stay on the property during the warmer months/growing season.
Desired Tenure
Looking for a lease to start. Eventually I would like to purchase land, but preference would be a lease for a few years to make sure the land is a good fit for what I am seeking. Would be open to other creative arrangements.
