
New York Agricultural Land Trust partners with the community to protect working farmland and connect future generations to the land in Central New York. Since 2006, New York Agricultural Land Trust has conserved more than 8,500 acres of critical farmland helping to bolster the vibrant agricultural economy of Central New York.
As a Regional Navigator, New York Agricultural Land Trust provides outreach to farmers, established farmer groups, and agricultural professionals on topics related to accessing and transferring farmland. The Land Trust specializes in assisting farmers in utilizing farmland protection as a means of facilitating farmland transition. Additionally, we maintain a resource of local service providers experienced in farmland transition assistance for landowners and land seekers.
