NY FarmNet

NY FarmNet is a free and confidential consulting service available to any farm located in New York State. We help farmers with any personal or financial issues that your farm may be experiencing. FarmNet has a network of consultants, who work one-on-one with farm families to resolve financial and personal issues. Services we help with include, but are not limited to financial analysis, farming with family, business planning, personal well-being, succession/estate planning, and business transfers. Our consultants are able to work with you over the phone or computer or come out to visit your farm. We also provide agribusiness professionals (veterinarian, milk truck driver, certifier, nutritionist, mechanic, etc.) with personal consulting services.

NY FarmNet consultants work with both landowners and land seekers to work through the farm transition process. Both family and financial consultants understand that each farm is unique and faces different opportunities and challenges throughout the farming journey. Through individualized consulting and coaching, FarmNet assists folks in figuring out what is best for them, their family, and the farm.
