Job Description

The Crew Worker will be responsible for the following:  

  • Perform house recycle including disassemble of houses and related equipment, washing, repairing, sanitizing and reassembling of houses.
  • Perform minor equipment repair.
  • Assist with flock removal, bird moves and bird sales.
  • Perform other farm related activities.
  • Fill in for house managers as needed.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.  

 

These are the minimum requirements for the Crew Worker position: 

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.) and one (1) year of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience.
  • Valid Driver License with a good driving record.
  • Basic maintenance skills and experience.
  • Basic carpentry skills and experience.
