Titusville Farm
About Titusville Farm
Titusville Farm is a 170+ acre property located in Poughkeepsie, New York. It was established by the Cornell Family in 1788 and has a long agricultural history. Today it has been revitalized into a farm, market, orchard and cidery. The farm produces certified organic vegetables and flowers, pasture-raised eggs, strawberries, grapes, and cider apples on 40 acres. Our operation includes certified organic vegetable and flower production, pasture-raised eggs, an on-farm CSA, farmers markets, and our on-site farm stand and upcoming permanent farm market.

About the Farm Stand
Our farm stand is an extension of the farm and an opportunity to connect our customers more directly with what we grow. We want shopping here to feel welcoming, personal and rooted in the season. Farm Stand Staff should be excited to introduce customers to our produce, talk about what's being grown and harvested, answer questions, and help people get excited about local food.
We are currently operating our farm stand out of a seasonal tent while renovations are completed on our permanent farm market, opening this fall. The permanent market will feature our own produce, eggs and flowers alongside a growing selection of products from other local farms and producers.
We are looking for one or two people to join us now for 1–2 shifts per week through September. Weekend availability is required. Starting now gives new staff the opportunity to learn the ropes, get familiar with the farm and our products, and become comfortable with our retail operation before we move into the new space. Once the permanent market opens, significantly more hours and shifts will become available as we expand our days, hours and product offerings. For the right candidates, we hope this develops into a year-round position.
